Terms and Conditions & Payment Policy
The terms and conditions define the procedure of the Anahata Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), the 3-Day Workshop and the 6-Day Immersions and are mandatory for all participants.
1. Enrolment for the events
The number of participants for the YTT as well as the workshop is limited to ensure high quality. The enrolment needs to be made either in written form (via email) or personally. The enrolment is legally valid and mandatory with the reception of the event fees.
2. Confirmation of enrolment/Receipt
After reception of the enrolment a confirmation will be sent to the participant. Four weeks before the beginnung of the YTT and two weeks before the workshop we will send an email to the participants with detailed information about how to get there, what to bring, exact beginning and ending times, what to do during the breaks etc. A confirmation or receipt will be issued at request.
3. Payment and Cancellation
The balance of the course fee is to be paid within one week after the reception of confirmation, as long as the enrolment is made more than one week before course commencement. Should the enrolment be made less than one week prior to the course, the payment is to be made immediately. The services of the courses include the mentioned tuition hours, and in the case of the YTT also documentation/learning materials. Not included are food, travel and accommodation.
4. Payment Options
We prefer direct deposit to our bank account. If this is not possible for you, we offer PayPal as an alternative payment option. If you´d like to pay via PayPal we will add 3,5% of the course fee to the total amount.
If the payment plan option is not appropriate for your budget, please get in touch with us to set up a payment plan that is appropriate for you.
5. Refund policy
A cancellation must be made in written form (email).There is a NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATION FEE OF € 250,– for the Yoga Teacher Training, € 100.- for the Immersion and € 50,– for the Workshop which will be deducted from the amount refunded. If a student withdraws from the course after payment of the fees, the following refund policy applies:
Up to 30 days prior to course commencement………………………………………50% refund
Up to 29 days to 14 days prior to course commencement…………..25% refund
Up to 13 days to course commencement………………………………………………………..0% refund
If a substitute participant is named, no cancellation fees apply. After course commencement no refunds are possible under any circumstances. If a student does not show up at all for the course, no refunds will be made. Missed classes cannot be made up for later. These conditions apply regardless the reason of withdrawal.
Anahata Yoga Salzburg reserves changes as regards to dates, program and sequence of the course content, as well as the cancellation of courses without replacement in the case of non-sufficient registrations. In case of cancellation participants would be informed duly per email or telephone. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a full refund of all fees will be returned to the participant. No claims can be made due to date or program changes or course cancellations.
7. Personal, pecuniary and material damage
Liability is excluded for personal, pecuniary and material damage at the courses of Anahata Yoga Salzburg. The participation is at own risk.
8. Health risks / Pregnancy
Participants of Anahata Yoga Salzburg courses are obliged to only participate in the courses when they do not suffer of infectious diseases and when no medical objections against participating in the courses exist. Possible health risks are to be clarified with a doctor prior to the course. The Yoga instructor needs to be informed by the participant about any health issues or health restrictions. This also includes possible pregnancy. The participant is self-responsible for possible injuries occurring during the course.
It is recommended that you make copies of your certificates upon completion of the course and keep the master at a safe place. Anahata Yoga Salzburg does not replace lost certificates. Should you lose your certificate and need a replacement, please contact us. Costs for the replication of a lost certificate are 50.- EUR incl. postage. (There will be a cost of 50,- EUR associated with printing and postage from ahead of all copies.)
10. Legal domicile
Austrian right is applicable. Legal domicile for legal issues is the regional court in Salzburg.
11. Effectiveness of terms and conditions
The student accepts the terms & conditions in all points with course enrolment. Should one or the other point mentioned above be completely or partially ineffective, the other points stay unaffected.
